2. Words of Affirmation
This could be words of encouragement to motivate your partner to become the best version of themselves. Or it could be words of appreciation to show that significant other that you value what they present in this world. Like I have mentioned in How to properly apologize to your Women, communication is KEY in a relationship. If you truly love and care about someone, you want to build them up and be each other’s #1 fan. Plus, who doesn’t like being acknowledged for the things that they do? Being acknowledged for all the positive aspects you present in this world just makes you want to keep doing the things that you are doing! So if you like what your partner presents to you, let them know so they will continue doing those things for you.
Also, keep in mind that this does not ONLY apply to your significant other. This particular aspect of Love Language is JUST as important, if not MORE, for your kids. Click here for my Advice for Parents, here!
